The founders of The Outsourcing Partners do not intend to enrich themselves with the profits from the business. With this organization growing rapidly, it is evident that everything that we receive is the result of hard work and dedication to your business and your success. Likewise, everything that we do receive as a profit is a blessing to be shared. That’s why TOP prioritizes the responsibility of wise stewardship to invest a vast majority of our gains in the future of our people and the continuity of our ecosystem.

Our ecosystem stands for ending poverty and hunger in the Philippines. With that knowledge and our desire to make a lasting impact on individuals and communities, the founders have agreed to allocate 10% of the annual revenue to our charity program in partnership with Sa Puso Ministry for the purpose to sustain its outreach activities such as youth gatherings, seminars, distribution of school supplies and feeding programs. In addition to that, for every employee that you outsource to us, TOP enrolls one child in our scholarship program. Because we believe that in order to be able to share, one must receive, and to share is the ultimate way to gain.
