Sign up as volunteer

To be accepted as volunteer with Sa Puso Ministry, you need to be a Christian and you have accepted Jesus Christ as your personal Lord and Savior.

If you are a Christian, you can sign up for any volunteering positions in the Ministry. If you are not (yet) a Christian, you can only sign up for volunteering positions that do not involve kids’ teaching and worship activities.

To sign up to be a volunteer, please fill out this registration form and we will get in touch with you within a week.

You can sign up for the following volunteer positions:

  • Ministry & Outreach:
    Kids’ Teacher
    Worship Leader*
    Support Staff
    Photographer/Videographer*
  • Backoffice:
    Content writer
    Video editor
    Graphic designer
    Website development & maintenance
    Accounting / Admin staff

* If you volunteer as Worship Leader or Photographer/Videographer, please indicate if you are able to bring your own instrument(s) or gear.

That is completely up to you. If you sign up to volunteer for ministry and outreach, you will be assigned to the ministry of your preference or near you, either on Saturday or Sunday at least once a month and maximum twice a month. Expect this to occupy a full afternoon from around 12pm to 6pm, which includes preparations and travel time.

If you sign up to volunteer for a back office position, it is really difficult to say as it usually is on “as per need” basis and can vary per month and season. Expect busy times during Easter, Back-to-School season and around Christmas.

No, at Sa Puso Ministry we only accept volunteers who are willing to sign up, because of their love for sharing God’s word with the purest intention and dedication.

As volunteer you do receive a meal or snacks and we compensate your travel expenses. Lodging is also provided in case of outreach outside Metro Manila with overnight stay.

Yes, of course! We encourage all volunteers to visit our ministry outreach first to get to know each other and the kids, at the same time you can familiarize yourself with the location and set expectations being a volunteer.

Make a donation

No, there is no minimum amount. We do however suggest an amount per type of ministry you would like to donate for.

To give you an indication, a kids’ ministry donation for 40 kids is around PHP 750.00, which consists of 1 bread and juice for snacks.

You can find the indicated sponsor amounts in our donation form, however these indicates are subject to change depending on price changes in the market and unforeseen additional costs for each support program.

For each donation you will receive an acknowledgement receipt. After each outreach ministry or event, all sponsors will receive a transparency report, which will also be posted on the website and on our social media pages.

We guarantee that 100% of your donation will reach the kids as to what it is intended for and no amount from donations will be spent on operational expenses.

Yes, we gratefully accept donations in goods and materials as every kind of donation will make a HUGE impact on the lives of these children.

If you would like to donate educational books, please make sure that the exercises and quizes have no answers written on it. For the donation of clothes, please ensure that these are clean.

Any donation is gratefully accepted and more than welcome! It does not matter how small your donation is, we will ensure that all kids receive the same blessing, unless you have communicated to us that the donation is intended for a specific child or purpose.

Yes, you can meet the kid or kids that you sponsor for any of our missions, but we will keep your identity anonymous to the child. We do this for your own protection to avoid any awkward situations that might arise.

We have not posted our bank information on the website. Please send us an email to [email protected] with your request, then we can provide you all necessary bank details.
