The exact scope and depth of the specific tasks to be outsourced can be identified through a process maturity assessment, which is offered at no cost and can be done at any time. The process maturity assessment is an in depth process analysis and will take 2-3 days depending on the scope. Once completed you will receive a report with our recommendations and is not necessarily only focused on outsourcing. The report also contains recommendations to improve the maturity of the business process(es) that were assessed.

Our Services Offered

The services that we offer are in line with the four levels of service scope; repetitive tasks, analytical tasks, decision making tasks and E2E process ownership. Our rate starts US$ 5 per hour for Virtual Assistance support at a minimum of 10 hours per week. For other specific work to be outsourced, all we need is a 30 minutes meeting to extend a great partnership offer to you.
